सं. फा.1/37/2003/भूमि एवं भवन विभाग/रिट सेल/3775-88.— माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार नागरिक प्रयििा संहिता, 1908 की धारा 2(7) के अर्थ में एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के लिए दिल्ली सरकार और/या राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा सचिव, भूमि एवं भवन विभाग/ भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर्स से संबंधित सभी मामलों में कें द्र सरकार और/या जन-अधिकारी, जिनके बचाव की जिम्मेदारी इसके द्वारा ली गई है, के द्वारा या विरुद्ध किसी मुकदमे / अपील या अन्य, किसी कार्यवाही के लिए श्री संजय कु मार पाठक, अधिवक्ता को स्थायी अधिवक्ता के रूप में उनकी नियुक्ति के कार्यकाल को दिनांक 23.05.2026 से 22.05.2027 तक के लिए विस्तारित करते हैं।3959 DG/2026 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART II—I] श्री संजय कु मार पाठक, अधिवक्ता की स्थायी अधिवक्ता के रूप में नियुक्ति अधिसूचना संख्या F.5(4)/Lit./2010/DS2 Law/578-580 दिनांक 27.04.2010 में निहित नियमों एवं शतों तथा समय-समय पर निर्धारित अन्य नियमों एवं शतों के अधीन होगी।

यह अधिसूचना तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 25th May, 2026

No. F.1/37/2003/L&B/WC/Vol.-III/3775-88.— The Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to approve the extension of appointment of Shri Sanjay Kumar Pathak, Advocate as Standing Counsel within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any suit, Appeal, Writ or other proceedings by or against the Govt. of Delhi through Secretary, Land & Building Department and/or Union of India/Land Acquisition Collector(s) in relation to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Land & Building Department) and /or Public Officer(s) whose defence has been undertaken by it, for a period with effect from 23.05.2026 to 22.05.2027.

The appointment of Shri Sanjay Kumar Pathak, Advocate as Standing Counsel will be subject to terms and conditions as contained in notification N.F.5(4)/Lit./2010/DS2Law/578-580 dated 27.04.2010 and also as may be prescribed from time to time.

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
