फा.सं. 21/2025 प्रशा० वित्त/डी एस-1/630.— दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45(ख) के साथ पठित दिल्ली मूल्य संर्वर्धत कर अधिनियम, 2004 (2005 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 73 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी सिविल सेवा प्राधिकरण की अनुशंसाओं के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद द्वारा श्री विनय कु मार खन्ना को दिल्ली मूल्य संर्वर्धत कर अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण में सदस्य (न्यायिक) के रूप में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. FIN/21/2025Admin.Finance/DS-I/630.—"In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), read with Section 45(b) of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and pursuant to the recommendations of the National Capital Civil Services Authority, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Shri Vinay Kumar Khanna as Member (Judicial) in the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal for a period of three years from the date of his joining."
