भारत सरकार ने दिनांक 21 नवंबर 2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या-डी-II/451/12(03)/2025 के माध्यम से

पारस्परिकता के सिद्धांत के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार से नई दिल्ली में स्थित जमैका

उच्चायोग के दूतावास को आधिकारिक उपयोग और उसके राजनयिकों के व्यक्तिगत उपयोग हेतु सभी कर

योग्य वस्तुओं के भुगतान पर मूल्य संवर्धित कर में छूट/प्रतिदाय की सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए अनुरोध

किया है।

2. और जबकि, मैं, निखिल कुमार, आयुक्त, मूल्य संवर्धित कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, यह मत

रखता हूं कि ऐसा करना जनहित में समीचीन है।

3. अब, इसलिए दिल्ली मूल्य संवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2004 (2005 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 03) की धारा 103 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं एतद्‌ द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की छठी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता हूँ, अर्थात्‌ः- 4964 DG/2026 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] la'kksèku

4. दिल्ली मूल्य संवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2004 (2005 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 03) के साथ संलग्न छठी अनुसूची

में, भाग-क-दूतावासों की सूची की प्रविष्टि संख्या 1 के क्रम संख्या ए-151 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित को अंतः

स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

5. मूल्य संवर्धित कर का प्रतिदाय इस शर्त के अधीन होगा कि प्रत्येक बीजक के लिए न्यूनतम बीजक मूल्य

5000/- रुपये होगा।

यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 21.11.2025 से प्रभावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 1st July, 2026

F. No. 5(54)/Policy/VAT/2013/PF/246-256.— Whereas, the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, in accordance with the principle of reciprocity has requested the government of National Capital Territory of Delhi to grant facility of VAT exemption/refund to the Embassy of the High Commission of Jamaica in New Delhi, on the payment of all the taxable goods for official use and for personal use of its diplomats vide their letter NO.-D- II/451/12(03)/2025 Dated 21 November 2025.

2. And, whereas, I, Nikhil Kumar, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, am of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to do so.

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 103 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), I hereby make the following amendments in the Sixth Schedule of the said Act namely:

AMENDMENTS

4. In the Sixth Schedule appended to the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), in Entry No.1, in Part-A- List of Embassies, after Sl. No. A-151, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

5. The refund of Value Added Tax will be subject to the condition that the minimum invoice value for each invoice would be Rs. 5000/-.

This notification shall come into force with effect from 21.11.2025.
