फा.सं. E-13016/26/2025/5573—दिल्ली (नागरिक समयबद्ध सेवाप्रदानार्थ अधिकार) अधिनियम, 2011 की धारा 3 के परंतुक के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वाराअधिनियम से संलग्नअनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं:-

अधिनियम की अनुसूची में नागरिक सेवाओं से संबंधित निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ी/अद्यतन की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

यह आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इसकी अधिसूचना की तिथि से लागू होगा।

पादटीप: अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत जारी की गई पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाएँ इस प्रकार हैं:-

(i) अधिसूचना संख्या फ़ा.6(100)/आईटी/2011/1304-1313 दिनांक 21.02.2012;

(ii) अधिसूचना संख्या फ़ा.6(100)/आईटी/2011/5950-63 दिनांक 13.12.2012;

F.No.E-13016/26/2025/5573—In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to Section 3 of the Delhi (Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Services) Act, 2011, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby amends the Schedule appended to the Act, as follows:-

In the Schedule to the Act, the following entries relating to citizen services shall be added/updated, namely:-
