राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है;
अब, इसलिए, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 2 के खंड (ई) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की
उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा
निर्देश देते हैं कि पुलिस आयुक्त, दिल्ली, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2)के अंतर्गतदिनांक
19/07/2026 से दिनांक 18/10/2026 की अवधि के दौरान रोधक प्राधिकारी की शक्तियों का भी प्रयोग
कर सकते हैं।

F.No. 2/1/88/HP-II/Pt.-I/ e-Office No.280430/1346-1349.— Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that it is necessary to do so;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of section 3, read with clause (e) of Section 2 of the National Security Act, 1980, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct that during the period 19/07/2026 to 18/10/2026 the Commissioner of Police, Delhi may also exercise the powers of detaining authority under sub section (2) of the section 3 of the aforesaid Act.
