का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 4) की धारा 7 तथा 51 के साथ पठित धारा 109 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ड) द्वारा प्रदत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा शहरी विकास विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की दिनांक 27.06.2013 की
अधिसूचना संख्या 16(4)/शह0वि0/डब्ल्यू/2012/ 398 के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या विलोप की जाने
वाली बातों को छोड़कर, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के पूर्व परामर्श से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के पश्चात, दिल्ली जल बोर्ड
में 'चिकित्सक (जीडीओ) ग्रेड-II' के पद की भर्ती पद्धति के विनियमन हेतु दिल्ली जल बोर्ड द्वारा बनाए गए निम्नलिखित भर्ती
विनियमनाें को एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, अर्थातः-
1. laf{kIr 'kh"kZd ,oa izkjaHk ः- (I) इन विनियमनों को दिल्ली जल बोर्ड, 'चिकित्सक (जीडीओ) ग्रेड-II' भर्ती
विनियमन, 2025 कहा जाए।
(II) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे।

मैट्रिक्स में स्तर इन विनियमनों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट होंगे।
3. HkrhZ i)fr] vk;q lhek rFkk vU; ;ksX;rk,aः-उक्त पदों की भर्ती पद्धति, आयु सीमा, योग्यताएं तथा उससे
संबंधित अन्य मामले उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 13 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट होंगे।
4. v;ksX;rkः-वह व्यक्ति
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
अथवा
(ख) जो एक जीवित पति/पत्नी के होते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह कर चुका है या विवाह की संविदा कर चुका
है, तो वह उक्त किसी भी पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
शर्त यह है कि यदि दिल्ली जल बोर्ड संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति एवं विवाह के अन्य पक्ष पर लागू
व्यक्तिगत कानून के अंतर्गत अनुमत है और ऐसा करने के लिये अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को
इस विनियमन के प्रवर्तन की छूट दे सकती है।
5- mica/k fशfFky djus dh श्kfDr%&जहां राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार का यह मत हो कि ऐसा करना
आवश्यक अथवा समीचीन है, तो वह कारणों को लिखित में अभिलेखबद्ध करते हुए तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के
परामर्श से आदेश द्वारा व्यक्तियों के किसी वर्ग या श्रेणी के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को छूट दे
सकती है।
6- cpko%&इन विनियमनों में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार
अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों एवं अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिये उपबंधित किए जाने वाले
अपेक्षित आरक्षण तथा अन्य रियायतों पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 15th July, 2026
F. No. 16 (866)/UD/W/2025/021733810/489.—The following recruitment regulations made by the Delhi Water Board in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) sub-section (2) of section 109 read with sections 7 and 51 of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998 (Delhi Act. No. 4 of 1998) and in supersession of Government of National Capital Territory, Urban Development Department's Notification No. 16 (4) /UD/W/ 2012/398 dated 27.06.2013 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession after approval of competent authority4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (with prior consultation of Union Public Service Commission), for regulating the method of recruitment to the post of 'Doctor (GDO) Grade-II' in the Delhi Water Board, are hereby published, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement:—(I) These regulations may be called the Delhi Jal Board 'Doctor (GDO) Grade-II' Recruitment Regulations, 2025.
(II) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and Level in the Pay matrix:—The number of said posts, its classification and Level in the Pay matrix shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications:—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification:─No person;
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that Delhi Water Board may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any persons from the operation for this regulation.
5. Power to relax the provisions:—Where the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by an order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving:—Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class and other special categories of persons in accordance with orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
