- .—मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 12 के साथ पठित मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 9 की उप धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45-घ की उपधारा (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 21 अप्रैल, 2022 की फा0 सं0 एए/डीओटीसी/2021/एचबीएसी/3046/182-191 द्वारा दिल्ली राजपत्र असाधारण-प्ट में प्रकाशित इस सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में भारत के राष्ट्रपति एतद् द्वारा ह्यूमन केयर मेडिकल चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट, मैन रोड़, सैक्टर-6, द्वारका, नई दिल्ली के लिए अस्पताल आधारित प्राधिकार समिति का पुनर्गठन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

AA/DOTC/2021/HBAC/3046/311-19.—In the exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994, read with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and sub-section (a) of section 45- D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, in suppression of the notification of this Government, published in Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F.
