एवं अन्य से संबंधित 15 केसों में माननीय परीक्षण न्यायालय के समक्ष 'राज्य' का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए विशेष लोक अभियोजक के
रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

F. No. 11/49/H-DOP/2026/670-683.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Irfan Ahmed, Additional Public Prosecutor (Retired) as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the 'State' in the Hon'ble Trial Court, in 15 cases related Delhi Serial Blast 2008 & Ors on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 09.07.2026:—
