अधिनियम, 1998 (1998 का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 4) की धारा 7 तथा 51 के साथ पठित धारा 109 की उपधारा
(2) के खंड (ड) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिल्ली प्रशासन की दिनांक 04.11.2015 की
अधिसूचना संख्या 16(486)/शह0वि0/डब्ल्यू/2015/1229-30 के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या
विलोप की जाने वाली बातों को छोड़कर, दिल्ली जल बोर्ड में ^सफ़ाई निरीक्षक ग्रेड-I' के पद की भर्ती पद्धति को
विनियमित करने हेतु दिल्ली जल बोर्ड द्वारा बनाए गए निम्नलिखित भर्ती विनियमनाें को एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया
जाता है, अर्थात् :-
1. laf{kIr 'kh"kZd ,oa izkjaHk :- (I) इन विनियमनों को दिल्ली जल बोर्ड सफ़ाई निरीक्षक ग्रेड- I भर्ती विनियमन,
2025 कहा जाए।
(II) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे।

वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर इन विनियमनों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट
होंगे।

इससे संबंधित अन्य मामले उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट होंगे।
4- v;ksX;rk %&वह व्यक्ति,
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है; या विवाह का
अनुबंध किया है; अथवा
(ख) जो एक जीवित पति/पत्नी के होते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह कर चुका है या विवाह का अनुबंध
कर चुका है, वह उक्त पद पर किसी भी नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
शर्त यह है कि यदि सरकार संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति एवं विवाह के अन्य पक्ष पर
लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के अंतर्गत अनुमत है और ऐसा करने के लिये अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी ऐसे
व्यक्ति को इस विनियमन के प्रवर्तन की छूट दे सकती है।
5- mica/k f'kfFky djus dh 'kfDr %& जहां राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेेत्र दिल्ली सरकार का यह मत हो कि ऐसा
करना आवश्यक अथवा समीचीन है, तो वह कारणों को लिखित में अभिलेखबद्ध करते हुए तथा आदेश द्वारा
व्यक्तियों के किसी वर्ग या श्रेणी के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी उपबंध को छूट दे सकती है।
6- cpko %& इन विनियमनों में सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार
अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गों तथा अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए
उपबंधित किए जाने वाले अपेक्षित आरक्षण और अन्य रियायतों पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

Delhi, the 5th August, 2026

File/021352785/588.—The following recruitment regulations made by the Delhi Water Board in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) sub-section (2) of section 109 read with sections 7 and 51 of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998 (Delhi Act. No. 4 of 1998) and in Delhi Administration Notification No. 16 (486) /UD/W/ 2015/1229-30 dated 04-11-2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession for regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Sanitary Inspector Grade-I in the Delhi Water Board, are hereby published, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement: - (I) These regulations may be called the Delhi Water Board 'Sanitary Inspector Grade-I" Recruitment Regulations, 2025.
(II) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and Level in the Pay matrix: The number of said posts, its classification and Level in the Pay matrix shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications: - The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification: ─ No person;
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that Government, may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any persons from the operation for this regulation.
5. Power to relax the provisions: - Where the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 5 recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving: - Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class and other special categories of persons in accordance with orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 1:- where juniors who have completed their qualifying / eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying/ eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying/ eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying/ eligibility service. |
| Deputation (including short term contract): Officials of the Central/ State Govt./ MCD/ Delhi Jal Board/ UT Administrations/ PSUs/ Universities/recognized research institutions/Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organizations: a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or (ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-6 of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience: (i) 12th pass from a recognized university/ board; ii) minimum one-year sanitary inspector's diploma from a recognized university/board.; iii) three years' experience as sanitary inspector in the field of sewage disposal from health and sanitation department of municipal bodies. Note 2: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. (period of deputation (istc) including period of deputation (istc) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization / department of the central government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. the maximum age limit for appointment by depuration (istc) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. | ||
