No. 67/Gen1/0C/SC/DHC.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 139(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No. 104 of 1976 and Section 297(i)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedurre, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been pleased to appoint S/Shri Final Haider and Susanta Kumar Malik, Advocates for a period of two years from the date of issue of this notification or until further orders of this Court whichever be earlier, as Oath Commissioners in Supreme Court of India for administering oaths and affirmations to deponents of affidavits in accordance with terms specified in paragraph 5 of chapter 12-B Punjab High Court Rules and Orders Volume IV (read with Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966) and subject to the conditions laid down in this Court's circular No. 332/Genl-II/DHC dated 14-9-2001 containing instructions to Oath Commissioners issued by this Court.

No. 06/G en 1./0C/OL/DHC.--:1 n partial supersession of this court's Notifications No. 114/Genl/G-1/0C/OLIDHC dated 19-11-2003 and No. 226/Gen1/0C/OL/DHC 22-11-2005, and in exercise of powers conferred by Section 139(b) of the . Code of Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No. 104 of 1976 and Section 297(i)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been pleased to appoint Sh. Sanjay Yadav, Assistant Official Liq uidator, and Officer of 'Office of the Official Liquidatior', A-2, W-2, Curzon Road Barracks, K. G. Marg, New Delhi, attached to High Court of Delhi, as Oath Commissioner for a period of two years from the date of issue of this notification.or until further orders of this Court whichever be earlier only for the purpose of attesting affidavits intended to be filed for and on behalf of the Official Liquidator in judicial proceedings.
The Oath Commissioner so appointed shall observe instructions issued by this court from time to time so far as applicable.
The appointment of S/Shri R. P. Singh and Saud Ahmed, Assistant Official Liquidators, who have been transferred from the Office of the Official Liquidator stands terminated forthwith.
