ं एफ 8(39)/2016/डी....एएएए....एमएमएमएम..../एम/एम/एम/एम....आरआरआरआर....////983983983983....—दिल्ली कृषि उपज विपणन (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1998 (दिल्ली अधिनियम सससस....ं एफ 8(39)/2016/डी ं एफ 8(39)/2016/डी ं एफ 8(39)/2016/डी संख्या 7, 1999) की धारा 43 के अंतर्गत प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा कृशि उपज विपणन समिति, नजफगढ, नई दिल्ली कीे पहली बैठक दिनांक 12.04.2018 में अध्यक्ष के चुनाव के उपरान्त, मैं, गरिमा गुप्ता, निदेषक, कृशि विपणन, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, निम्नलिखित को उपरोक्त विपणन समिति का अध्यक्ष अधिसूचित करती हूंः-

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 18th April, 2018

No. F. 8(39)/2016/DAM/MR/983.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999) and consequent upon the election of Chairman of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Najafgarh, New Delhi during the first meeting of the aforesaid Marketing Committee held on 12.04.2018, I, Garima Gupta, Director, Agricultural Marketing, Govt. of NCT of Delhi hereby notify the name of the following as Chairman of the aforesaid Marketing Committee: -
