फा. सं. : 9(38)/68/स्था0/सह0/व-(5)/²¹⁷⁴-⁸¹----—दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली सहकारी समितियाँ अधिनियम 2003 (दिल्ली अधिनियम 2004 का 3) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) केे साथ पठित दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां नियमावली, 2007 के नियम 3 (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री संजीव कुमार मित्तल, विशेष पंजीयक सहकारी समितियाँ को उपरोक्त अधिनियम के अधीन कार्य को निपटाने के लिए उपरोक्त पद पर कार्य ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पंजीयक की सहायतार्थ नियुक्त करते हैं।

Sanjeev Kumar Mittal, DANICS :1993, as 5969 DG/2018 (31) 32 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: OCTOBER 11, 2018/ASHVINE 19, 1940 PART IV] Special Registrar Cooperative Societies, Delhi to assist the Registrar in discharging his duties and functions under the aforesaid Act and Rules with effect from the date he assumed charge of the said office.

The Government's Notification No. F.6(19)82/Estt./Coop./PF/1507-19 dated 11/07/2018 is hereby superseded.
