सं. 154/DL/2018-P.Admn.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 के 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग राष्टªªीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्‌द्वारा श्री विजय कुमार देव, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर डॉ. रनबीर सिंह, आई.ए.एस.(ए. जी. एम. य.ू टी. : 1991) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए राष्टªªीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।2. डॉ. रनबीर सिंह दिल्ली राष्टªªीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों कोे तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे जो कि वह ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करनें से पहले धारण कर रहे थे। 7143 DG/2018 (223) 224 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: DECEMBER 6, 2018/ AGRAHAYANA 15, 1940 PART II Sec. I] 3. डॉ. रनबीर सिंह, मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी राष्टªªीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के रूप में कार्य करते हुए राष्टªªीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का प्रधान सचिव पदाभिहित किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th November, 2018

No. 154/DL/2018-P.Admn.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of NCT of Delhi hereby nominates Dr. Ranbir Singh, IAS (AGMUT:1991) as the Chief Electoral Officer for NCT of Delhi with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Vijay Kumar Dev, IAS.

2. Dr. Ranbir Singh shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of NCT of Delhi, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3. Dr. Ranbir Singh while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, NCT of Delhi shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of NCT of Delhi except that he should be designated Principal Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
