एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 (यथा-संशोधित) की धारा 271 (1) (ए) तथा (ई) के अंतर्गत न्यायालय (अथवा न्यायालय के पर्यवेक्षण के अधीन) द्वारा ऊपर नामित कम्पनी के समापन के लिये कम्पनी आवेदन सं0 118-2017 (एनडी)'' के रूप में संख्याबद्व एक आवेदन प्रथमतः 5 जुलाई 2017 को इस कम्पनी द्वारा एलडी, राष्ट्रीय कम्पनी विधि अधिकरण, नई दिल्ली- पीठ-iii के पास प्रस्तुत किया गया था। आवेदनकर्ता का नाम एंव पता ऊपर शीर्षकित है तथा उसे एडवोकेट्स अतुल दुआ गायत्री वर्मा तथा आशुतोष चंडोला जिनका कार्यालय ब्लॉक 'एफ' दूसरा तल, इन्टरनेशनल टे्रड टावर्स, नेहरू प्लेस, नई दिल्ली-110019 में है, के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया गया था। तथा आदेश तिथि 25.9.2018 तथा 26.11.2018 द्वारा यह निर्देश दिया गया है कि उक्त आवेदन पर 18.1.2019 को उक्त अधिकरण के समक्ष सुनवाई की जायेगी तथा यदि उक्त कम्पनी के केाई के्रडीटर अथवा अंशकर्ता उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उक्त कम्पनी के समापन के लिये आदेश देने के लिये उसका समर्थन या विरोध करने के इच्छुक हों, वे इस उद्देश से स्वंय अथवा अपने अधिवक्ता, एटॉनी अथवा एजेन्ट द्वारा सुनवाई के समय में उपस्थित हों, तथा उनके लिये शुल्कों के भुगतान पर उक्त अधिकरण में आवेदन पर उसे प्राप्त करने के इच्छुक उक्त कम्पनी के किसी के्रडीट अथवा अंशकर्ता को आवेदन की एक प्रति प्रस्तुत की जायेगी। मेरे साथ से तथा न्यायालय की मुहर लगाकर आत, 6 दिसम्बर 2018 को दी गई। 74 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: DECEMBER 27, 2018/ PAUSHA 6, 1940 PART II-II] fVIi.kh% यदि उक्त आवेदन की सुनवाई मे कोई व्यक्ति उपस्थित होने के इच्छुक हों, तो वो इसके लिये लिखित में अपनी आशय ऊपर नामित सूचना को उपलब्ध कराएं अथवा डाक से भेजें। इस सूचना में व्यक्ति अथवा किसी फर्म का नाम एंव पता, फर्म का नाम एंव पता उल्लिखित होना चाहिएें तथा व्यक्ति अथवा फर्म, अथवा उनके विधिवत अधिकृत एजेन्ट अथवा अधिवक्ता द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होना चाहिएें तथा उसे इस तरह से डाक द्वारा भेजा जाना चाहिए ताकि यह स्पष्ट रूप से सुनवाई की तिथि से कम से कम 7 दिनाें के भीतर ऊपर नामित के पास पहुॅच जाये।

Notice is hereby given that a petition numbered as 'Company Petition No. 118/2017 (ND)' for the winding up of the above named Company by the Court (or, subject to the supervision of the Court) under Sections 271 (1) (a) and (e) of the Companies Act, 1956 (as amended) was on the 05th day of July 2017 first presented to the Ld. National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Bench -III by the said Company. The name and address of the Petitioner is as captioned above, and the same was presented through its advocates Atul Dua, Gayatri Verma and Ashutosh Chandola having their office at Block 'F', Second Floor, International Trade Towers, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019. And that it has been directed by order dated 25.09.2018 that the said petition shall be heard before the said Tribunal on the 18th day of January 2019 and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order for the winding up of the said Company under the above Act, should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his advocate, attorney, or agent for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same, on application to the said Tribunal on payment of the charges for the same.
