एतद्द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है उपर्युक्त नाम की कंपनी के समापन के लिए नई दिल्ली में नेशनल कंपनी लॉ ट्रिब्यूनल द्वारा एक याचिका 11 दिसम्बर 2017 को कथित कंपनी द्वारा कथित ट्रिब्यूनल में प्रस्तुत की गई थी और कथित याचिका की सुनवाई 25 मार्च 2019 को ट्रिब्यूनल के समक्ष करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding –up of the above named company by the National Company Law Tribunal at New Delhi was on the11th day of December, 2017 presented to the said Tribunal by the said company and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Tribunal on the 25th day of March, 2019.
Any creditor, contributory, or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition should send to the petitioner or his advocate/Authorised Representative notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate/Authorised Representative with his name and address, so as to reach petitioner or his advocate/Authorised Representative not later than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate/Authorised Representative. A copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.
