NOTES: 1. The Condition No.1 imposed on the appointment of Ms. Harsudha as Officiating Assistant Registrar and her reversion upon repatriation of Ms. Sadhana Jadia, vide Notification No. 22365/Estt./E-2/DHC dated 01.11.2018 stands removed.
2. The appointment of Ms. Mithlesh Kumari has been made on officiating basis for one day i.e. for 31.05.2019. Thereafter, upon appointment of Mr. Mukesh Gupta, as officiating Assistant Registrar w.e.f. 01.06.2019, she stood appointed as temporary Assistant Registrar.
3. The appointment of Mr. Mukesh Gupta, as officiating Assistant Registrar is subject to the condition that on repatriation of Ms. Sadhana Jadia, Assistant Registrar to this Court, if no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, Mr. Mukesh Gupta, will stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Admn. Officer (Judl).
4. The above appointments shall be subject to outcome of (i) SLP (Civil) No. 20362/2016 titled "Ravinder Pahuja & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (ii) SLP (Civil) No. 19374/2016 titled "K.K.Sharma & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (iii) SLP (Civil) No. 27418/2016 titled "Dinesh Manchanda & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (iv) SLP (Civil) No. 22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs High Court of Delhi and Ors." and (v) W.P. (C) No.8016/2016 titled "Atul Kumar Sharma Vs. Delhi High Court", and also subject to the condition that in case as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position is depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s)/official(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they will stand reverted.
