(सिविल) सं. 25407/2016 शीर्षक "मिथलेश कु मारी बनाम महा-निबंधक, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय" के परिणाम के अध्यधीन हैं तथा इस शर्त के भी अध्यधीन कि उपरोक्त निर्णयों के क्रियान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप यदि उनका वरिष्ठता स्तर अवनत होता है तो वे अपना स्थान अपने से ऊपर आसीन अधिकारी (गण)/कर्मचारी(गण) हेतु छोड़ने के लिए बाध्य होंगे एवं यदि कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं होती है तो वे प्रत्यावतित हो जायेंगे ।
