तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद ।
(घ) सदस्य गुरू गोविंद सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति या उनका प्रतिनिधि ।
(ड़) सदस्य सचिव, (प्रशिक्षण एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग) । (च) सदस्य सचिव, (स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग) । (छ) सदस्य सचिव (पदेन) सचिव, (उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग)।
समिति का कार्यकाल इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष तक रहेगा । अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों का कार्यकाल समिति के कार्यकाल के साथ समाप्त होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 12th February, 2020
F. No. DHE 18 (18)/5th SFRC/2020-21/472-83.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby constitutes the following Regulatory Committee for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the functions assigned to it in the Act, namely:-
(a) Chairperson Sh. Ramesh Negi, IAS (Retd.)
(b) Member Sh. Satish Goyal, Chartered Accountant (nominated by Chairperson) (c) Member Prof. Dileep Malkhede Advisor-I (AICTE), as Representative of All India Council of Technical Education.
(d) Member Vice-Chancellor of GGSIP University or his Representative
(e) Member Secretary (Training and Technical Education)
(f) Member Secretary (Health and Family Welfare).
(g) Member Secretary Secretary (Higher Education) (ex-officio)
The term of above Committee shall be three years commencing form the date following this notification and the term of Chairperson and members shall be co-terminus with the term of the Committee.
