23.11.2020 को आदेश पारित करने के बाद, यह सभी संबंधित के सूचना के लिए है कि कॉपीराइट नियम, 2013 के नियम 31 और आईपीआरएस द्वारा दायर इस संबंध में आवेदन के मद्देनजर, आईपीएबी आईपीआरएस के बुनियादी कृ तियों, यानी एक साउं ड रिकॉडिग में साहित्यिक और संगीतात्मक कृ तियाँ और एफएम रेडियो स्टेशनों में इसके उपयोग की रॉयल्टी तय करने के अनुरोध पर विचार करेगा, जो मामलों के विषय-वस्तु हैं। 10 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: DECEMBER 10, 2020/AGRAHAYANA 19, 1942 PART II- II] रिकॉडिग में साहित्यिक और संगीतात्मक कृ तियाँ और एफएम रेडियो स्टेशनों में इसके उपयोग में रॉयल्टी तय करने के मामले पर विचार करने के उद्देश्य से सभी इच्छु क व्यक्तियों के सुझाव इस संबंध में आमंत्रित हैं, जो मामलों के विषय-वस्तु हैं। कॉपीराइट नियम, 2013 के नियम 31 के उप-नियम 3 के मुताबिक, यह सूचित किया जाता है कि बुनियादी कृ तियों यानी साउं ड रिकॉडिग में संगीतात्मक और साहित्यिक कृ तियाँ और एफएम रेडियो स्टेशनों में उनके उपयोग में कोई भी कॉपीराइट का मालिक 30 दिनों के भीतर अपने सुझाव दे सकता है और 27.12.2020 को प्रस्तुत भी कर सकता है। सुझावों के प्रयोजन के लिए आगे कोई समय नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Having passed the order on 23.11.2020, this is for information for all concerned that in view of Rule 31 of the Copyright Rules, 2013 and upon on application in this regard filed by IPRS, IPAB is to consider the request of IPRS to fix the royalty in the underlying works, viz., literary and musical work in a sound recording and utilization thereof in FM Radio Stations which are the subject matter of the cases.
The public notice is issued to inform all those interested persons of the IPAB's intention to fix royalty within the meaning of Rule 31 of the Copyright Rules, 2013 and the suggestion of all the interested persons are invited in this regard for the purpose of considering the case of fixing the royalty in respect of the underlying works, viz., literary and musical works in sound recording and utilization thereof in FM Radio Station which are the subject matter of the Cases.
In accordance with sub-rule 3 of Rule 31 of Copyright Rules, 2013, it is stated that any owner of copyright in underlying musical and literary works in sound recording and utilization thereof in FM Radio stations may give their suggestions within 30 days and also make their submission on 27.12.2020. No further time will be granted for the purpose of suggestion.
