सं. 372/स्था./ई-9/डीएचसी.—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश अधिसूचना संख्या 435/स्था./डीएचसी दिनांक 07.06.2019 की निरंतरता में इस न्यायालय की स्थापना में निदेशक (तकनीकी) के पद हेतु निम्नलिखित भर्ती नियमों को सहर्ष बनाते हैं:-

| निदेशक (तकनीकी) [सातवें वेतन आयोग का वेतन मैट्रिक्स 13 (छठे वेतन आयोग का व ेतन बैंड- 4, ग्रेड व ेतन रु. 8700/-)] | (क) पदोन्नति हेतु:- ( ख) एवं (ग) प्रतिनियुक्ति/सीधी भर्ती हेतु:- किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान स े न्यूनतम 60% अंकों सहित कं प्यूटर विज्ञान अथवा स ूचना प्रौद्योगिकी म ें प्रौद्योगिकी निष्णात/कं प्यूटर विज्ञान अथवा स ूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में विज्ञान में निष्णात /कं प्यूटर अनुप्रयोग में निष्णात डिग्री अथवा किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान स े न्यूनतम 60% अंकों सहित कं प्यूटर विज्ञान अथवा स ूचना प्रौद्योगिकी म ें प्रौद्योगिकी स्नातक किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय अथवा संस्थान से विधि स्नातक/व्यवसाय प्रबंधन में निष्णात की डिग्री एक अतिरिक्त योग्यता समझी जाएगी। आयु सीमा:- सीधी भर्ती हेतु: 45 वर्ष प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु: 50 वर्ष | स ंयुक्त निदेशक (तकनीकी) के पद पर 5 (पाँच) वर्षों की संतोषजनक सेवा पर योग्यता–सह-वरिष्ठता के आधार पर पदोन्नति द्वारा अथवा व ेतन बैंड- 4 (रु. 37,400-67000) में रु. 8700/- क े ग्रेड वेतन सहित नियमित आधार पर अथवा व ेतन बैंड-3 (रु. 15600-39100) में रु. 7600/- के ग्रेड वेतन सहित (छठे वेतन आयोग के वेतनमान अथवा सातवें वेतन आयोग के समतुल्य वेतन मैट्रिक्स) 5 वर्षों की नियमित सेवा में तकनीकी पदों पर धारित कें द्र/राज्य सरकारों/स्वायत्त निकायों/ शोध संस्थानों/ विश्वविद्यालयों/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम के अधिकारियों में से प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा अथवा क ें द्र/राज्य सरकारों/स्वायत्त निकायों/शोध संस्थानों/ विश्वविद्यालयों/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम/प्रतिष्ठित निजी कम्पनियों/संस्थानों म ें आईटी/ कम्पयूटराइज़ेशन, प्रोग्रामिग/सॉफ्टवेयर डेवलपमेंट तथा डेटा प्रोसेसिग के पदों पर निष्णात डिग्री की दशा में कम से कम दस वर्षों का अनुभव तथा स्नातक डिग्री की दशा में बारह वर्षों का अनुभव रखने वाले अभ्यथियों की लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार के आधार पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा |

No.: 372/Estt./E9/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court in continuation of notification no.435/Estt./DHC dated 07.06.2019 has been pleased to make the following Recruitment Rules for the post of Director(Technical) on the Establishment of this Court :-

| Direct Recruitment :- Masters of Technology in Computer Science or InformationTechnology/ Masters of Sciences in Computer Science or Information Technology/ Masters Degree in Computer Applications from a Recognised University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. D egree in Law, Master of Business Administrative from a recognised University or Institute will be considered as an additional qualification. A ge Limit :- For Direct Recruitment : 45 years. For Deputation : 50 years. | B y deputation from officers of Central/ State Governments/Autonomous bodies/ Research Institutions/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings holding technical posts in Pay Band – 4 (Rs. 37400-67000) with Grade Pay of Rs. 8700/- on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in Pay Band - 3 (Rs. 15600- 39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 (6th Pay Commission Scales or equivalent Pay Matrix of 7th Pay Commission). Or By direct recruitment from persons with minimum 10 years experience, in the case of those possessing Masters degree, and 12 years experience in the case of those possessing bachelors degree, in the field of IT/Computerisation, Programming/ Software Development and Data Processing position in Central/ State Governments/ Autonomous bodies/ Research Institutions/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/ reputed private sector companies/organizations, on the basis of written test and interview. |
