(ii) Further, the above appointment is subject to the condition that on promotion of Mr. Arun Kishore Sharma, Joint Registrar, as Registrar, he shall be accorded seniority from 01.02.2021 i.e. above Mr. Naresh Chand Garg, Registrar.
