Note:- 1. The above mentioned officers will be on probation initially for a period of one year from the date of their appointment and expiry of the period of probation shall not result in their automatic confirmation.

Vs High Court of Delhi & Ors."; (ii) SLP (Civil) No.19374/2016 titled "K.K.Sharma & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors"; (iii) SLP (Civil) No. 27418/2016 titled "Dinesh Manchanda & Ors. Vs. High Court of[PART II - Sec. 1 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: FEBRUARY 25, 2021/PHALGUNA 6, 1942 41 Delhi and Ors."; (iv) SLP (Civil) No.22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs. High Court of Delhi and Ors."; (v) W.P.(C) No.8016/2016 titled "Atul Kumar Sharma Vs. Delhi High Court and Anr." as also subject to the condition that in case, as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position are depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s)/ official(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they shall stand reverted to their previous post.
