सं. 43/स्थापना-I/ई-9/ डी.एच.सी.—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश 'दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति एवं सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 1972' की अनुसूची-II की मद सं. 25 एवं 26 को सहर्ष संशोधित करते हैं ताकि उसे निम्न प्रकार पढ़ा जाए:-

| 25 एवं 26. | कनिष्ठ न्यायिक सहायक /रेस्टोरेर (सातवें वेतन आयोग का वेतन स्तर-5) | (क) क ं प्यूटर पर न्यूनतम 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट की टंकण स्पीड सहित स्नातक। ख) उच्च न्यायालय की संस्थापना के सदस्यों में से पदोन्नति द्वारा: अंग्रेजी की जानकारी सहित मेट्रिक अथवा समतुल्य के साथ निम्न श्रेणियों में से किसी में पांच वर्षों की सेवा: 27 (शोफर), 28 [डिस्पैच वैन ड्राईवर (राइडर)], 29 (डिस्पैच राइडर), 30 (डिस्पैच राइडर-सह-प्रोसेस सर्वर), 31 (फोटोकॉपी मशीन ऑपरेटर ग्रेड-I), 32 (लाइब्रेरी अटेंडेंट), 33 (अशर), 34 (फोटोकॉपी मशीन ऑपरेटर ग्रेड-II), 35 (कोर्ट अटेंडेंट), 36 [कोर्ट अटेंडेंट (L)], 37 [कोर्ट अटेंडेंट (S)], 38 (रूम अटेंडेंट (H)] एवं 39 (सिक्यूरिटी अटेंडेंट)। ( ग) उच्च न्यायालय की संस्थापना के सदस्यों में से पदोन्नति द्वारा: अंग्रेजी की जानकारी सहित स्नातक अथवा समतुल्य क े साथ निम्न श्रेणियों में से किसी में दस वर्षों की सेवा: 27 (शोफर), 28 [डिस्पैच वैन ड्राईवर (राइडर)], 29 (डिस्पैच राइडर), 30 (डिस्पैच राइडर-सह-प्रोसेस सर्वर), 31 (फोटोकॉपी मशीन ऑपरेटर ग्रेड-I), 32 (लाइब्रेरी अटेंडेंट), 33 (अशर), 34 (फोटोकॉपी मशीन ऑपरेटर ग्रेड-II), 35 (कोर्ट अटेंडेंट), 36 [कोर्ट अटेंडेंट (L)], 37 [कोर्ट अटेंडेंट (S)], 38 (रूम अटेंडेंट (H)] एवं 39 (सिक्यूरिटी अटेंडेंट)। | क) 70 % पद लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार के आधार पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा ख) 25% पद कॉलम 3 में वणित पदों में से लिखित परीक्षा, कं प्यूटर पर न्यूनतम 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट के साथ अंग्रेजी में टंकण स्पीड एवं साक्षात्कार के आधार पर पदोन्नति द्वारा। (ग) 5% पद कं प्यूटर पर न्यूनतम 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट के साथ अंग्रेजी में टंकण स्पीड एवं साक्षात्कार पास करने के अध्यधीन नियुक्ति की तिथि से सेवा की अवधि के अनुसार निर्धारित वरिष्ठता एवं उपयुक्तता के आधार पर कॉलम 3 में वणित पदों में से पदोन्नति द्वारा। |
नोट : उपरोक्त संशोधन तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होंगे ।

No.43/Estt.I/E9/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend Item No.25 & 26 of Schedule -II of 'Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1972' so as to read as under:-

(c) By promotion from members of the Establishment of the High Court; Graduation or equivalent with knowledge of English; having ten years service in any of the categories 27 (Chauffeur), 28[Despatch Van Driver (Rider)], 29 (Despatch Rider), 30 (Despatch Rider-cum-Process Server), 31 (Photocopy Machine Operator Grade-I), 32 (Library Attendant), 33 (Usher), 34 (Photocopy Machine Operator Grade-II), 35 (Court Attendant), 36 [Court Attendant (L)], 37 [Court Attendant(S)], 38 [Room Attendant(H)] and 39 (Security Attendant). | (a) 70% of posts by direct recruitment on the basis of written test and interview. (b) 25% of the posts by promotion from the posts mentioned in Column No.3 on the basis of written test, typing test in English with speed of not less than 25 w.p.m. on computer and interview. (c) 5% of the posts by promotion from the posts mentioned in Column No.3 on the basis of seniority determined as per length of service from the date of appointment and suitability, subject to clearing the typing test in English with speed of not less than 25 w.p.m. on computer and interview. |
