. .—दिनांक 14/01/2019 की अधिसूचना संख्या सं.फा. 8/2/2015/भूमि एवं भवन/भूमि अधि0/8232 जो कि सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन अध्ययन करने के संबंध में थी तथा दिनांक 14/01/2019 की अधिसूचना संख्या 8/2/2015/भूमि एवं भवन/भूमि अधि0/8243 जो दिल्ली जल बोर्ड हेतु मिलन गार्डन (मंडोली गांव) तथा सबोली गड्ढा (सबोली गांव), शाहदरा राजस्व जिले पर लिफ्ट् स्टे"ान के निर्माण हेतु खसरा संख्या 11/2 तथा 2/23 की भूमि अधिग्रहण करने के संबंध में थी, को एतद् द्वारा निरस्त किया जाता है।

F. No. 8/2/2015/L&B/LA/27.—The notification bearing no F. no 8/2/2015/L&B/LA/8232 dated 14/01/2019 w.r.t carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and notification no 8/2/2015/L&B/LA 8243 dated 14/01/2019 w.r.t. intends to acquire land, comprising of khasra no 11/2 and 2/23, for Delhi Jal Board for construction lift station at Milan Garden(Mandoli Village) and Saboli Gaddha (Saboli Village), Shahdara Revenue District are hereby rescinded.
This issue with the approval of appropriate government i.e.Hon'ble Lt Governor, Delhi

(Land & Building) मई भारतीय क्रिचश्यन विवाह अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 6 और 9 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिनांक 07.09.2021 से 06.09.2024 तक की अवधि के लिए रेव० एस० रॉबर्ट, दिल्ली तमिल चर्च कयर ऑफ फथ अकादमी, जॉन एल डरसी रड़, प्रसाद नगर, नई दिल्ली-110005 एवं निवास एम-8, आकाश भारती अपार्टमेंट, 24 आई०पी० एक्सटेंशन, दिल्ली-110092 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के भीतर भारतीय ईसाईयों के विवाह कराने तथा प्रमाण पत्र देने के लाइसेंस के नवीनीकरण का अनुमोदन प्रदान करते हैं।

F. No. 3/5/2022-Judl./Suptlaw/923-926.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 6 & 9 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act 1872, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to accord approval to the renewal of Christian Marriage License to Rev. S. Robert attached to the Delhi Tamil Church, C/o Faith Academy, John L Dorsey Road, Prasad Nagar, New Delhi-110005 having residence at M-8, Akash Bharti Apartment, 24, I.P. Extension, Delhi-110092 to solemnize marriages between Indian Christians within the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to grant certificate of marriage, for a further period of three years with effect from 07.09.2021 to 06.09.2024.
