.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उप-राज्यपाल, दिल्ली विद्यालय अधिनियम 1973 (1973 के 18) धारा 11 की उपधारा 1 के द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री संजय कुमार अग्रवाल , प्रधान सचिव (कानून न्याय एवं एल. ए.) को एक अंतरिम व्यवस्था के रूप में नियमित पीठासीन अधिकारी दिल्ली स्कूल न्यायाधिकरण की नियुक्ति तक पीठासीन अधिकारी , दिल्ली स्कूल न्यायाधिकरण नियुक्त करते हैं। 26 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: SEPTEMBER 8, 2022/BHADRA 17, 1944 PART IV] अधिकारी अपनी ड्यूटी के अलावा कम-से-कम सप्ताह में दो दिन दिल्ली स्कूल न्यायाधिकरण की कार्यवायी अवश्य निर्वहण करेगें। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उप-राज्यपाल

Delhi, the 28th October, 2022
No. F. 4(354)/GOC/Edn./2014/12671-12680.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 11 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 (18 of 1973), the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal, Pr. Secretary (Law Justice & LA), as Presiding officer of the Delhi School Tribunal, as an interim arrangement till the regular Presiding Officer DST is appointed.
The officer will hold the proceedings of the Delhi School Tribunal at least twice in a week, in addition to his duties.
