. . - - .—दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली . . सहकारी समितियां अधिनियम 2003 (दिल्ली अधिनियम 2004 का 3) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) के साथ पठित दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां नियमावली, 2007 के नियम 3 का उप नियम (1) के द्वारा और इस संबंध मे पिछली सभी सूचनाओ का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए समय-समय पर सेवा विभाग द्वारा जारी आदेशो केअनुसरण मे अधिकारियों के निम्नलिखित वर्ग को पंजीयक सहकारी समितियां विभाग में नियुक्त करते है और उन्हें संबंधित पद की शक्ति प्रदान करते है जिसके लिए उन्हें उक्त अधिनियम के तहत स्थानांतरित/ पदस्थ/ नियुक्त किया गया है संबंधित 7635 DG/2022 (27) 28 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: NOVEMBER 17, 2022/KARTIKA 26, 1944 PART IV] पदों का प्रभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से, जैसा भी मामला हो, जब तक वे पंजीयक सहकारी समितियां विभाग में ऐसे पद पर कार्यरत रहते हैं :

Delhi, the 11th November, 2022

No. 9(38)68/Estt./Coop./Vol-I/4940-49.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act 3 of 2004) read with Rule 3(1) of Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules 2007 and in supersession of all previous notifications on this behalf, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following category of officers posted in the Office of Registrar Cooperative Societies, Delhi in pursuance of the orders issued by the Services Department, from time to time, and confer upon them the powers of respective post against which they are transferred/posted/appointed, under the said Act, with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the respective posts, as the case may be and so long as they hold such post in the Department of Registrar Cooperative Societies:-
