NOTES: (1) The appointment of above mentioned officers will be on probation initially for a period of one year from the date of their appointment [in terms of Govt. of India O.M. No. 28020/3/2018-Estt.(D) dated 11.03.2019 read with Rule 8 of Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972] and expiry of the period of probation shall not result in their automatic confirmation.

High Court of Delhi and Ors."; (iv) SLP (Civil) No.22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs. High Court of Delhi and Ors."; (v) W.P.(C) No.8016/ 2016 titled "Atul Kumar Sharma Vs. Delhi High Court and Anr." (vi) SLP (C) No. 20313/2019 titled "Manmeet Singh & Anr. Vs. Delhi High Court & Anr." (vii) SLP (C) No. 28297/2019 titled "Sachin Sharma & Anr. Vs. Delhi High Court & Ors." (viii) W.P. (C) No. 3209/2021 titled "Sunil Kumar & Ors. Vs. Registrar General, Delhi High Court" and (ix) W.P. (C) No. 10375/2022 titled "Sunil Kumar Meena vs. High Court of Delhi" and as also subject to the condition that in case, as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position is depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they shall stand reverted.
