सं. 40/स्था.I/ई I-5/दि.उ.न्या.—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश 'दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति एवं सेवा की शतें) नियम, 1972' की अनुसूची-II (ख) के क्रम सं. 5 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन सहर्ष करते हैं:-

| 5. | कनिष्ठ न्यायिक सहायक (तकनीकी) (7वें वेतन आयोग का व ेतन स्तर-5) | किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध संस्थान और/अथवा एआईसीटीई से मान्यता प्राप्त किसी संस्थान स े कु ल मिलाकर न्यूनतम 50% अंकों के साथ कं प्यूटर विज्ञान– बीसीए/बी. एससी. (कं प्यूटर विज्ञान), बी.एससी. (ऑनर्स) (कं प्यूटर विज्ञान)/ बी. ट ेक (कं प्यूटर विज्ञान), एमसीए /एम.एससी. (कं प्यूटर विज्ञान), एम.टेक (कं प्यूटर विज्ञान), बी.एससी. (आईटी), बी. टेक (आईटी), एम.एससी (आईटी) तथा एम.टेक (आईटी) की उपाधि। आ यु-सीमा: 18-27 वर्ष | लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार** के आधार पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा |
**विभागीय परीक्षा के माध्यम से नियुक्ति करते हुए मौखिक-परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के अंक लिखित परीक्षा के कु ल अंकों के 15% से अधिक नहीं होने चाहिए तथा सीधी भर्ती के मामले में यह 25% होगा।

No. 40/Estt.I/EI-5/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend S.No. 5 of Schedule -II (B) of 'Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1972' so as to read as under: -

(IT) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from any institution recognized by AICTE and/or institutions affiliated to recognized universities. Age limit: 18 - 27 yrs. | By Direct Recruitment on the basis of Written Test and interview**. |
** Viva-voce/interview marks shall not be more than 15% of the total marks of the written examination while making
appointment through departmental examination and 25% in the case of direct recruitment.
