2. श्री मनोज कु मार लोहानी, निजी सचिव की स्थानापन्न सहायक निबंधक के रूप में नियुक्ति इस शर्त के भी अध्यधीन है कि श्री जोगिंदर कु मार बत्रा, निबंधक, जो टी.डी.एस.ए.टी. में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर हैं, के इस न्यायालय में प्रत्यावर्तन पर एवं सहायक निबंधक की कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध न होने पर वे अपने पूर्व पद पर प्रत्यार्वर्तत हो जाएँगे।

High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (ii) SLP (Civil) No. 19374/2016 titled "K.K.Sharma & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (iii) SLP (Civil) No. 27418/2016 titled "Dinesh Manchanda & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", and (iv) SLP (Civil) No. 22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs High Court of Delhi and Ors." and also subject to the condition that in case as a result of implementation of above decisions his seniority position is depressed, he will be liable to yield his position to the officer(s) placed senior to him and in case no vacancy is available, he shall stand reverted.
2) The appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Lohani, Private Secretary as officiating Assistant Registrar, is also subject to the condition that upon repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar who is on deputation to TDSAT, to this Court and resultantly in case no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, he shall be reverted to his previous post.
3) Further, the above appointment is also subject to outcome of the pending representations with regard to amendment/change in the ratio in the recruitment rules for appointment to the post of Assistant Registrar.
