सं. 56/ई 1-4/स्था. I/ दि.उ.न्या.— भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश 'दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति एवं सेवा की शतें) नियम, 1972' के नियम 9-क को निम्न रूप में सहर्ष संशोधित करते हैं:-

9-क	अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, र्आर्थक रूप से कमज़ोर वर्ग (ईडब्ल्यूएस), भूतपूर्व सैनिक एवं दिव्ांग व्क्तियों हेतु पदों का आरक्षण \|	प्रशासन की कार्यक्षमता क े अनुरक्षण एवं उपलब्धता क े अध्यधीन तथा समय- समय पर म ुख्य न्यायाधीश द्वारा जारी आदेशों के अनुक्रम में इस न्यायालय की स्थापना में ग्रुप 'ए', 'बी' एवं 'सी' पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा भरे जाने वाले 15 प्रतिशत पद अनुसूचित जाति हेतु, 7.5 प्रतिशत पद अनुसूचित जनजाति हेतु, 27 प्रतिशत अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग हेतु, र्आर्थक रूप से पिछड़े व्क्तियों हेतु 10 प्रतिशत एवं दिव्ांग व्क्तियों के लिए 4 प्रतिशत पद आरक्षित किये जाएंगे तथा भारत सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी नियम, आदेश एवं अधिसूचनाओं एवं माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश के आदेशों के अनुसार, सीधी-भर्ती द्वारा भरे जाने वाले ग्रुप 'सी' पदों पर नियुक्ति में भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए भी आरक्षण दिया जाएगा \|

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 13th July, 2023

No. 56/EI-4/Estt.-I/DHC.—In exercise of powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend Rule 9-A of Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972 so as to read as under:-

9-A	Reservation of posts for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs), Ex-servicemen and Persons with Disability.	Consistent with maintenance of efficiency of Administration and subject to availability and orders passed by the Chief Justice from time to time, 15 per cent posts for Scheduled Castes, 7.5 per cent posts for Scheduled Tribes, 27 per cent for Other Backward Classes, 10 per cent for Economically Weaker Sections and 4 per cent for Persons with Disability, to be filled through direct recruitment, shall be reserved for appointment to Groups 'A', 'B' and 'C' posts on the Establishment of this Court, and reservation shall also be available in appointments to Group 'C' posts, to be filled through direct recruitment, to Ex-servicemen in accordance with the Rules, Orders and Notifications issued from time to time by the Government of India and orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
