सं.20/स्था.-I/ईI-4/डी.एच.सी.—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश एतद् द्वारा इस न्यायालय में कनिष्ठ न्यायिक सहायक/रेस्टोरर के पद को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति और सेवा की शतें), 1972 की अनुसूची- I में ग्रुप 'बी' पदों (अराजपत्रित) के रूप में पुनः वर्गीकृ त करते हैं।
उपरोक्त संशोधन तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा।

No. 20/Estt.-I/EI-4/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice of this Court hereby re-classifies the post of Junior Judicial Assistant/ Restorer in this Court, as Group 'B' posts (Non-Gazetted) in Schedule–I of Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972.
The above amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.

सं.113/ई I-4/स्था.-I/डी.एच.सी.—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति और सेवा की शतें), 1972 की अनुसूची- II (क) और II (ख) के अंत में दी गई टिप्पणी को निम्नलिखित रूप में सहर्ष संशोधित करते हैं :
"{{^{{FOOTNOTE **}}}}विभागीय परीक्षा के साथ-साथ सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से नियुक्ति करते समय मौखिक परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के अंक लिखित परीक्षा के कु ल अंकों के 15% से अधिक नहीं होंगे।"
{{^{{FOOTNOTE **}}}}साक्षात्कार में कोई न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक नहीं होंगे।"
टिप्पणी: उपरोक्त संशोधन ग्रुप 'सी', ग्रुप 'बी' (अराजपत्रित), ग्रुप 'बी' (राजपत्रित), ग्रुप 'ए' पदों के संवगों में सीधी भर्ती के साथ-साथ विभागीय परीक्षाओं में भी लागू होगा| यह तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा।

NOTIFICATION

No. 113/EI-4/Estt.-I/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend the note at the end of Schedule-II(A) and II(B) to Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972 as under:
"**Viva-voce/ interview marks shall not be more than 15% of the total marks of the written
examination while making appointment through departmental examination as well as direct
recruitment"
**there will be no minimum qualifying marks in the interview"
Note: The above amendment shall be applicable in the cadres of Group 'C', Group 'B' (Non -Gazetted), Group 'B' (Gazetted), Group 'A' posts both in direct recruitment as well as departmental examinations. This shall come into force with immediate effect.

सं.31/जी-2/सामान्य-I/ओ.सी./टी.एच.सी./डी.एच.सी.—दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, सिविल प्रयििा संहिता (1908 का अधिनियम V) की धारा 139 (ख) 1976 के संशोधन अधिनियम संख्या 104 द्वारा यथा संशोधित एवं दंड प्रयििा संहिता, 1973 (1974 का अधिनियम 2) की धारा 297 (1)(ख) तथा शपथ अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 3(2)(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पंजाब उच्च न्यायालय नियम एवं आदेश खंड IV, अध्याय 12-ख के परिच्छेद 5[PART II - Sec. 1 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: APRIL 25, 2024/VAISAKHA 5, 1946 41 (सहपठित दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1966 की धारा 7) में र्निर्दष्ट शतों के अनुसार तथा इस न्यायालय के परिपत्र संख्या 332/सामान्य-2/डी.एच.सी. दिनांक 14/9/2001, जिसमें शपथ आयुक्तों को निदेश जारी किए गए हैं, में निर्धारित शतों के अध्यधीन इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से दो वर्ष की अवधि तक या इस न्यायालय के अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, शपथपत्रों के शपथकर्ताओं को शपथ और प्रतिज्ञान दिलाने के लिए, तीस हज़ारी न्यायालय परिसर, दिल्ली में निम्नलिखित अधिवक्ताओं की नियुक्ति शपथ आयुक्त के रूप में सहर्ष करता है :
