सं. 10/जी-2/सामान्य-I/ओ.सी./कड़कड़डूमा/डी.एच.सी.—दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता (1908 का अधिनियम V) की धारा 139 (ख), 1976 के संशोधन अधिनियम संख्या 104 द्वारा यथा संशोधित एवं दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 के अधिनियम 2) की धारा 297 (1)(ख) तथा शपथ अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 3(2)(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पंजाब उच्च न्यायालय के नियम एवं आदेश खंड IV, (सहपठित दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयअधिनियम, 1966 की धारा 7) के अध्याय 12-ख के परिच्छेद 5 में निर्दिष्ट शर्तों के अनुसार तथा इस न्यायालय के परिपत्र संख्या 332/सामान्य-2/डी.एच.सी. दिनांक 14/9/2001, जिसमें शपथ आयुक्तों को निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं, में निर्धारित 3405 DG/2024 (63) 64 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: JUNE 6, 2024/JYAISHTHA 16, 1946 PART II - Sec. 1] शर्तों के अध्यधीन, इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से दो वर्ष की अवधि तक या इस न्यायालय के अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, शपथपत्रों के शपथकर्ताओं को शपथ और प्रतिज्ञान दिलाने के लिए, कड़कड़डूमा न्यायालय परिसर, दिल्ली में निम्नलिखित अधिवक्ताओं की शपथ आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्ति सहर्ष करता हैं :

No. 10/G-2/Genl.-I/OC/KKD/DHC.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 139(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No.104 of 1976 and Section 297(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been pleased to appoint the following advocates as Oath Commissioner in Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi, for a period of two years from the date of issue of this Notification or until further orders of this Court, whichever be earlier, for administering oaths and affirmations to deponents of affidavits in accordance with terms specified in paragraph 5 of Chapter 12-B, Punjab High Court Rules and Orders Volume IV (read with Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966) and subject to the conditions laid down in this Court's circular No. 332/Genl-II/DHC dated 14/9/2001 containing instructions to Oath Commissioners issued by this Court:-
