सं.: 75/ईI-5/स्थापना.-I//डी.एच.सी.—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति और सेवा की शतें) नियम, 1972 में इस न्यायालय में कनिष्ठ न्यायिक सहायक (तकनीकी) के पद को समूह 'बी' पद (अराजपत्रित) के रूप में पुनः वर्गीकृ त करते हैं।

No. 75 /EI-5/Estt.-I/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice of this Court hereby re-classifies the post of Junior Judicial Assistant (Technical) in this Court, as Group 'B' post (Non-Gazetted) in Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972.
The above amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
