टिप्पणी: 1. श्री अनिल कु मार अरोड़ा की स्थानापन्न निबंधक के रूप में नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अध्यधीन है कि श्री जोगिंदर कु मार बत्रा, निबंधक के इस न्यायालय में प्रत्यावर्तन पर एवं परिणामतः निबंधक की कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध न होने पर वह अपने पिछले पद अर्थात संयुक्त निबंधक पर प्रत्यार्वर्तत हो जायेंगे।
2. अधिसूचना संख्या 39/स्थापना/ईI-1/डी.एच.सी. दिनांक 02.05.2024 के द्वारा श्री अनिल कु मार अरोड़ा, स्थानापन्न निबंधक की नियुक्ति हेतु दूसरी शर्त अर्थात यदि इस न्यायालय में विशेष कार्याधिकारी /निबंधक के रूप में दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के कै डर से कोई नियुक्ति की जाती है, और यदि निबंधक का कोई पद रिक्त नहीं है, तो वह अपने पिछले पद अर्थात संयुक्त निबंधक पर प्रत्यार्वर्तत हो जायेंगे, को हटाया जाता है।

No. 79/Estt./EI-1/DHC.—In continuation to this Court's notification nos. 36/Estt./EI-1/DHC dated 01.05.2024 and 39/Estt./EI-1/DHC dated 02.05.2024, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice has been pleased to make the following appointments on the establishment of this Court:-

| 2. | Mr. Anil Kumar Arora Officiating Registrar | Officiating Registrar in Level 15 of Pay Matrix (as per 7th Pay Commission) | With effect from 02.09.2024 against the resultant vacancy that became available upon Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar having proceeded on deputation to TDSAT. |
1. The appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Arora as officiating Registrar is subject to the condition that on repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, to this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Joint Registrar.
2. The second condition imposed on appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Arora, Officiating Registrar vide Notification no. 39/Estt/EI-I/DHC dated 02.05.2024 i.e. in case of any appointment is made from the cadre of Delhi Higher Judicial Services as Officer on Special Duty/Registrar in this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Joint Registrar, stands removed.
