NOTES: 1.The above appointments are subject to outcome of the (i) SLP (Civil) No. 20362/2016 titled "Ravinder Pahuja & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (ii) SLP (Civil) No. 19374/2016 titled "K.K.Sharma & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (iii) SLP (Civil) No. 27418/2016 titled "Dinesh Manchanda & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors." and (iv) SLP (Civil) No. 22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs High Court of Delhi and Ors." and also subject to the condition that in case as a result of implementation of above decisions, their seniority position are depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they shall stand reverted to their previous post.

2. The appointment of Ms. Nisha Sharma, D/o Sh. R.S.Sharma as Officiating Joint Registrar is also subject to the condition that upon repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar who is on deputation to TDSAT, to this Court and resultantly in case no vacancy of Joint Registrar is available, she shall stand reverted to her previous post i.e. Deputy Registrar.

2) The appointment of Ms. Aruna Kanwar, Private Secretary as Officiating Assistant Registrar, is also subject to the condition that upon repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar who is on deputation to TDSAT, to this Court and resultantly in case no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, she shall be reverted to her previous post and also subject to the outcome of the joint representation dated 09.08.2023 filed by some of the Private Secretaries of this Court regarding inter- se-seniority of Private Secretaries.

3) The appointment of Mr. K.R.Manikandan, Admn. Officer (Judl.) as Officiating Assistant Registrar is also subject to the conditions that upon repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, who is on deputation to TDSAT, to this Court and/or in case of any appointment is made from the cadre of Delhi Higher Judicial Services as Officer on Special Duty/Registrar in this Court, if no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Admn. Officer (Judl.).
