3) इस न्यायालय की अधिसूचना संख्या 09/स्था.I/ईI-2/डीएचसी दिनांक 07.03.2025 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, श्री राजेश कु मार मल्होत्रा की नियुक्ति पर लगाई गई शर्त हटा दी गई है, सिवाय इसके कि सहायक निबंधक के संवर्ग में उनकी वरिष्ठता एसएलपी (सी) संख्या 20313/2019 शीर्षक "मनमीत सिंह एवं अन्य बनाम दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा महानिबंधक एवं अन्य" के परिणाम के भी अध्यधीन है। हालाँकि, वे स्थानापन्न सहायक निबंधक के पद पर बने रहेंगे, क्योंकि उनके वरिष्ठ (अर्थात श्री कमलेश कु मार) स्थानापन्न क्षमता पर बने हुए हैं।
4) इस न्यायालय की अधिसूचना संख्या 09/स्था.I/ईI-2/डीएचसी दिनांक 07.03.2025 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के निबंधक श्री जोगिंदर कु मार बत्रा के प्रत्यावर्तन के संबंध में सुश्री सफलता भाटी की नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अध्यधीन है कि यदि सहायक निबंधक की कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो उन्हें उनके पिछले पद पर प्रत्यार्वर्तत किया जा सकता है, हटा दी गई है। स्थानापन्न सहायक निबंधक के रूप में उनकी नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अध्यधीन बनी रहेगी कि यदि माननीय भारतीय सवोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा विशेष अनुमति याचिका (सिविल) संख्या 20313/2019, शीर्षक "मनमीत सिंह एवं अन्य बनाम दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, द्वारा महानिबंधक एवं[PART II - Sec. 1 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: AUGUST 7, 2025/SHRAVANA 16, 1947 67 अन्य" में पारित किसी न्यायिक आदेश के अनुपालन के परिणामस्वरूप, यदि सहायक निबंधक की कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं होती है, तो वे अपने पिछले पद पर प्रत्यार्वर्तत किये जाने हेतु बाध्य होंगे।

2) Mr. Kamlesh Kumar appointed vide this Court's Notification No. 09/Estt.I/EI-2/DHC dated 07.03.2025 shall continue to be as Officiating Assistant Registrar. Further, the appointment of Mr. Kamlesh Kumar and Mr. Gautam Aswal as Officiating Assistant Registrar is subject to the condition that in either case of repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar to this Court or in case of exoneration of Mr. Kaushal Kumar Sachdeva (under suspension) in the inquiry proceedings and he being found fit for promotion, if no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, they shall be liable to be reverted to their previous post. In either eventuality, Mr. Gautam Aswal will be reverted first, being the junior most. In the event, the second eventuality also materialises, and if no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, Mr. Kamlesh Kumar will be reverted.
3) In partial modification of this Court's Notification No. 09/Estt.I/EI-2/DHC dated 07.03.2025, the condition imposed on the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Malhotra stands removed except that his seniority in the cadre of Assistant Registrar shall be subject to outcome of SLP (C) No. 20313/2019 titled "Manmeet Singh & Anr. Vs. The Delhi High Court through Registrar General & Ors.". However, he shall continue to be as Officiating Assistant Registrar in view of the fact that his senior (namely Mr. Kamlesh Kumar) continues to be on officiating capacity.
4) In partial modification of this Court's Notification No. 09/Estt.I/EI-2/DHC dated 07.03.2025, the condition imposed on the appointment of Ms. Saphalta Bhati regarding repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar to this Court, if no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available she shall be liable to be reverted to her previous post stands removed. Her appointment as officiating Assistant Registrar shall continue to be subject to the condition that in case as a result of compliance of any judicial order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.20313/2019 titled "Manmeet Singh & Anr. Vs. The Delhi High Court through Registrar General & Ors," if no vacancy of Assistant Registrar is available, she shall be liable to be reverted to her previous post.

NOTE:- The appointment of Mr. Dinesh Kumar Manchanda as officiating Registrar is subject to the condition that on repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, to this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Joint Registrar.
