संख्या: 71/दि.उ .न्या /.गज़ट IIबी/जी .8/वि.न्या.दं/.2025.— इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश एवं न्यायाधीशगण निम्नलिखित विशेष न्यायिक दंडाधिकारियों के कार्यकाल का विस्तार एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने की तिथि तक ,जो भी पहले हो ,जैसाकि उनके नाम के सम्मुख लिखित है ,सहर्ष बढ़ाते है :

उपरोक्त नामित अधिकारी द्वितीय शनिवार के अवकाश सहित सप्ताह में छः दिन कार्य करेंगे तथा दिल्ली लघु अपराध (विशेष न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी द्वारा विचारण) नियम, 2024 में अंर्तर्नहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार अवकाश के हकदार होंगे ।

No. 71/DHC/GAZ.IIB/G.8/SPL.JM/2025.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Judges of this Court have been pleased to extend the term of the following Special Judicial Magistrates for a further period of one year or till the date of their attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, as mentioned against their names:-

The above-named officers would work for six days a week with Second Saturday off and would be entitled to leave as per the provisions contained in the Delhi Petty Offences (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 2024.
