नोट:- सुश्री मीना भारद्वाज की स्थानापन्न निबंधक के पद पर नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अध्यधीन है कि श्री जोगिदर कु मार बत्रा, निबंधक के इस न्यायालय में प्रत्यावर्तन पर तथा निबंधक की कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं होती है तो वे अपने पूर्ववर्ती पद यानी संयुक्त निबंधक के पद पर प्रत्यावतित हो जाएंगी |

NOTE:- The appointment of Ms. Meena Bhardwaj as officiating Registrar is subject to the condition that on repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, to this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, she shall stand reverted to her previous post i.e. Joint Registrar.
