फा. सं. 48/जी-2/ जनरल-I/ओ.सी./ पी.एच.सी./डी.एच.सी.—दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता (1908 का अधिनियम V) की धारा139 (ख), 1976 के संशोधन अधिनियम संख्या 104 द्वारा यथा संशोधित एवं भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 333(1)(ख) तथा शपथ अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 3(2)(क), द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पंजाब उच्च न्यायालय नियम एवं आदेश खंड IV, (सहपठित दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1966 की धारा 7) के अध्याय 12-ख के परिच्छेद 5 में निदिष्ट शर्तों के अनुसार तथा इस न्यायालय के परिपत्रसंख्या 332/सामान्य-II/डी.एच.सी. दिनांक 14/9/2001, जिसमें इस न्यायालय द्वारा शपथ आयुक्तों को निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं, में निर्धारित शर्तों के अध्यधीन दिनांक 16.11.2025 से 15.11.2027 तक दो वर्ष की अवधि हेतु या इस 7575 DG/2025 (93) 94 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.:NOVEMBER 13, 2025/KARTIKA 22, 1947 PART II - Sec. 1] न्यायालय के अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, शपथपत्रों के शपथकर्ताओं को शपथ और प्रतिज्ञान दिलाने के लिए, पटियाला हाउस न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली में निम्नलिखित अधिवक्ताओं की शपथ आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्ति सहर्ष करता है :

No. 48/G-2/Genl.-I/OC/PHC/DHC.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 139(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No.104 of 1976 and Section 333(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been pleased to appoint the following advocates as Oath Commissioners in Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, for a period of two years w.e.f. 16.11.2025 to 15.11.2027 or until further orders of this Court, whichever be earlier, for administering oaths and affirmations to deponents of affidavits in accordance with terms specified in paragraph 5 of Chapter 12-B, Punjab High Court Rules and Orders Volume IV (read with Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966) and subject to the conditions laid down in this Court's circular No. 332/Genl.-II/DHC dated 14/09/2001 containing instructions to Oath Commissioners issued by this Court:-
