(सिविल) सं. 22722/2016 शीर्षक "प्रतिमा रानी गुप्ता व अन्य बनाम दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एवं अन्य" के परिणाम के अध्यधीन है तथा इस शर्त के भी अध्यधीन कि उपरोक्त निर्णयों के क्रियान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप यदि उनकी वरिष्ठता स्तर अवनत होता है तो वे अपना स्थान अपने से ऊपर आसीन अधिकारी(गण) हेतु छोड़ने के लिए बाध्य होंगे एवं यदि कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं होती है तो वे प्रत्यावतित हो जाएँगे।
2. कनिष्ठतम/द्वितीय कनिष्ठतम/तृतीय कनिष्ठतम सहायक निबंधकों की नियुक्तियां निम्न के परिणाम के अध्यधीन की जा सकती हैं (i) श्री जोगिदर कु मार बत्रा, निबंधक के इस न्यायालय में प्रत्यावर्तन की दशा में (ii) विशेष अनुमति याचिका (सिविल) सं. 20313/2019 शीर्षक "मनमीत सिह व अन्य बनाम महानिबंधक के माध्यम से दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय व अन्य, और (iii) जांच कार्यवाही के परिणाम पर श्री कौशल कु मार सचदेवा को दोषमुक्त किए जाने और उन्हें पदोन्नति के लिए उपयुक्त पाए जाने की स्थिति में और किसी भी पूर्वोक्त परिदृश्य की स्थिति में या जैसा भी मामला हो, संबंधित पदोन्नत व्यक्ति को उसके पिछले पद पर प्रत्यावतित किया जा सकता है।
3. समस्त प्रोन्नत व्यक्तियों की वरिष्ठता, श्री कौशल कु मार सचदेवा (निलंबनाधीन) के विरुद्ध लंबित जांच कार्यवाहियों तथा एस.एल.पी. (सिविल) सं 20313/2019 शीर्षक "मनमीत सिह व अन्य बनाम महानिबंधकके माध्यम से दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय व अन्य" के परिणाम के अध्यधीन है।
4. इसके अतिरिक्त, ये नियुक्तियां सहायक निबंधक के पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु भर्ती नियमों में दिए गए अनुपात में संशोधन/परिवर्तन से संबंधित लंबित अभ्यावेदनों के परिणाम के भी अध्यधीन हैं|

High Court of Delhi & Ors.", and (iv) SLP (Civil) No. 22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs High Court of Delhi and Ors." and also subject to the condition that in case as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position are depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they will stand reverted.
2. The appointments of junior most/second junior most/third junior most Assistant Registrars may be made subject to outcome of (i) in the event of repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, to this Court (ii) SLP (C) No. 20313/2019 titled "Manmeet Singh & Anr. Vs. The Delhi High Court through Registrar General & Ors." and (iii) in case of exoneration of Mr. Kaushal Kumar Sachdeva upon the outcome of the inquiry proceedings and he being found fit for promotion and in the event of any aforesaid scenario or as the case may be, the concerned promotee will be liable to be reverted to his previous post.
3. The seniority of all the promotees shall be subject to outcome of the inquiry proceedings pending against Mr. Kaushal Kumar Sachdeva (under suspension) and subject to outcome of SLP (Civil) No.20313/2019 titled"Manmeet Singh & Anr.Vs. The Delhi High Court through Registrar General & Ors.
4. Further, the appointments on pre-page are also subject to outcome of the pending representations with regard to amendment/ change in the ratio in the recruitment rules for appointment to the post of Assistant Registrar.
