सं. 27/स्था.I/ई.I.-1/डीएचसी.—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश 'दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय कर्मचारी (वरिष्ठता) नियम, 1971' के नियम 6 को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नानुसार सहर्ष संशोधित करते हैं :-
"6. यदि चयन सीधी भर्ती एवं पदोन्नति, दोनों पद्धतियों द्वारा किया जाता है, तो भारत सरकार के कामिक, लोक शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय के कामिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा जारी कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या 20011/2/2019-स्था.(डी), दिनांक 13.08.2021 में प्रतिपादित सिद्धांत लागू होंगे।"

No. 27/Estt.I/EI-1/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend Rule 6 of „Delhi High Court Staff (Seniority) Rules, 1971" with immediate effect as under:-
"6. In case there is selection by both mode i.e. direct recruitment and by promotion, then principles laid down in the Office Memorandum No. 20011/2/2019-Estt.(D) dated 13.08.2021 issued by the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Government of India, will apply."

सं. 29/ईI-4/स्था.-I/डी.एच.सी.—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति और सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 1972 की अनुसूची-II (क) के क्रम संख्या 25 और 26 के खंड (ग) में "नियुक्ति का तरीका" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित शब्दों 'और साक्षात्कार' को हटाते हुए सहर्ष संशोधन करते हैं। इस संशोधन के पश्चात्, अब क्रम संख्या 25 और 26 का उक्त खंड (ग) निम्नानुसार है:-

No. 25 and 26 of the Schedule-II (A) to the Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972 by deleting the words „and interview" mentioned therein under the heading "Mode of Appointment". After amendment, now, the said clause (c) of Sl. No. 25 and 26 reads as under:-
