सं. 78/जनरल-I/ओ.सी./ओ.एल./डी.एच.सी.—इस न्यायालय की अधिसूचना सं. 30/जनरल-I/ओ.सी./ओ.एल./ डी.एच.सी. दिनांकित 29.08.2025 के आंशिक अधिक्रमण में, तथा सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता (1908 का अधिनियम V) की धारा 139 (ख), 1976 के संशोधन अधिनियम संख्या 104 द्वारा यथा-संशोधित एवं भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 333(1)(ख) तथा शपथ अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 3(2)(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 42 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: JUNE 11, 2026/JYAISTHA 21, 1948 PART II - Sec. 1] अवधि हेतु या इस न्यायालय के अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, के वल न्यायिक कार्यवाहियों में शासकीय समापकों हेतु या उनकी ओर से दाखिल किए जाने वाले शपथपत्रों को सत्यापित करने के प्रयोजन हेतु शपथ आयुक्त के रूप में, सहर्ष नियुक्त करता है :-
यथा नियुक्त शपथ आयुक्त इस न्यायालय द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी अनुदेशों का, जहाँ तक लागू हो, पालन करेंगे |
श्री गौरव, उप शासकीय समापक, जिन्हें पूर्व में अधिसूचना दिनांकित 29.08.2025 द्वारा दो वर्ष की अवधि हुए शपथ आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था, की नियुक्ति को रद्द समझा जाएगा चू ंकि वे शासकीय समापक के कार्यालय से कार्यभार मुक्त हो गए हैं |

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 1st June, 2026
No. 78/Genl.-I/OC/OL/DHC.—In partial supersession of this Court's Notification No. 30/Genl.- I/OC/OL/DHC dated 29.08.2025, and in exercise of powers conferred by Section 139(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No.104 of 1976 and Section 333(i)(b) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been pleased to appoint Mr. Shravan Kumar, Assistant Official Liquidator, "Office of Official Liquidator", 8th floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi, attached to High Court of Delhi, as Oath Commissioner for a period of two years from the date of issue of this Notification or until further orders of this Court whichever be earlier only for the purpose of attesting affidavits intended to be filed for and on behalf of the official Liquidator in Judicial proceedings.
The Oath Commissioner so appointed shall observe instructions issued by this Court from time to time so far as applicable.
The appointment of Mr. Gaurav, Deputy Official Liquidator previously appointed as Oath Commissioner for a period of two years vide Notification dated 29.08.2025 stands revoked since he has been relieved from the Office of the Official Liquidator.
