No. 38/DHC/GAZ.IIB/G-8/SPL.JM/2026.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Judges of this Court have been pleased to revoke the powers of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, conferred upon Mr.Om Parkash Nagpal, Special Judicial Magistrate, under Sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, vide this Court's Notification No. 52/DHC/GAZ.-IIB/G.8/SPL.JM/2024, dated 12.07.2024, w.e.f. 31.05.2026 (A/N).
