टिप्पणी: श्री राज कु मार रावत की स्थानापन्न निबंधक के रूप में नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अध्यधीन है कि श्री जोगिदर कु मार बत्रा, निबंधक, के इस न्यायालय में प्रत्यावर्तन पर, यदि निबंधक की कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं होती है, तो वे अपने पूर्व पद अर्थात् संयुक्त निबंधक पर प्रत्यावतित हो जाएंगे।

NOTE:- The appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Rawat as officiating Registrar is subject to the condition that on repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, to this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Joint Registrar.
