सं. 31/स्था.I/ई.I-2/डीएचसी.—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश 'दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति एवं सेवा शर्तें) नियम 1972' की अनुसूची-II(क) के क्रम संख्या 12 को सहर्ष संशोधित करते हैं, जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए:-

| ख .(i) विभागीय परीक्षा हेतु - इस न्यायालय के कर्मचारियों हेतु: श्रेणी 19 (वरिष्ठ सहायक पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष) में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा या श्रेणी 24 (सहायक पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष) में 7 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा सहित स्नातक (विधि स्नातक को वरीयता)। ख .(ii) सीधी भर्ती हेतु: सातवें के न्द्रीय वेतन आयोग के वेतन स्तर-10 वाले पद पर पुस्तकालय कार्य में 3 वर्ष के अनुभव या सातवें क े न्द्रीय वेतन आयोग के वेतन स्तर-8 पर और/या उससे ऊपर 5 वर्ष के अनुभव या सातवें के न्द्रीय वेतन आयोग के वेतन स्तर-7 पर 7 वर्ष के अनुभव, उच्च वेतन स्तरों के पद(पदों) पर की गई सेवा को शामिल करते हुए, पुस्तकालय विज्ञान में डिग्री अथवा डिप्लोमा सहित स्नातक (विधि स्नातक को वरीयता)। | ख .(i) ख (ii) | आधार पर पदोन्नति द्वारा। ि लखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार ** के माध्यम से 50% पद योग्यता के आधार पर चयन द्वारा, बशर्ते कि एसीआर मानक मापदंड पूरा करने के अध्यधीन, ऐसा न होने पर; ि लखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार ** के माध्यम से सीधी भर्ती द्वारा। |
** विभागीय परीक्षा के साथ-साथ सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से नियुक्ति करते समय मौखिक परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के अंक लिखित परीक्षा के कु ल अंकों के 15% से अधिक नहीं होंगे ।
** साक्षात्कार में कोई न्यूनतम अर्हक अंक नहीं होंगे ।
नोट: उपरोक्त संशोधन तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

No. 31/Estt.I/EI-2/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend S.No. 12 of the Schedule-II (A) to the „Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1972" so as to read as under:-

सं. 35/स्था.1/ई.1-2/डीएचसी.—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 229 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश 'दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति एवं सेवा शर्तें) नियम 1972' की अनुसूची-II(क) के क्रम संख्या 11(ख)(i) पर 'निजी सचिव' के पद हेतु भर्ती नियमों को, उसके अंतर्गत "पदों पर नियुक्ति हेतु निर्धारित न्यूनतम अर्हताएँ" शीर्षक के तहत उसमें उल्लिखित/समाहित शब्दों 'और दिल्ली न्यायिक अकादमी' को हटाते हुए, सहर्ष संशोधित करते हैं।

No. 11(b)(i) of the Schedule-II(A) to the „Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1972", by deleting the words 'and Delhi Judicial Academy' mentioned/contained therein under the heading "Minimum Qualifications prescribed for Appointment to the Posts".
