सं. 89/सामान्य-I/ओ.सी./ओ. एल./डी.एच.सी.—दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, सिविल प्रयििा संहिता (1908 का अधिनियम संख्या V), की धारा 139(ख), 1976 के संशोधन अधिनियम संख्या 104 द्वारा यथा संशोधित एवं भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 333(1)(ख) तथा शपथ अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 3(2)(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सुश्री मोनिका गुप्ता, शासकीय परिसमापक, "कार्यालय शासकीय परिसमापक", 8वीं मंजिल, लोक नायक भवन, खान माके ट, नई दिल्ली (संबद्ध दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय) को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से 64 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: SEPTEMBER 17, 2026/BHADRA 26, 1948 PART II - Sec. 1] इस प्रकार नियुक्त शपथ आयुक्त समय-समय पर इस न्यायालय द्वारा जारी निदेशों का, जहाँ तक वे लागू हों, पालन करेंगी। न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

Delhi, the 14th September, 2026
No. 89 /Genl.-I/OC/OL/DHC.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 139(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act V of 1908) as amended by Amendment Act No.104 of 1976 and Section 333(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(2)(a) of the Oaths Act, 1969, High Court of Delhi has been pleased to appoint Ms. Monika Gupta, Official Liquidator, "Office of Official Liquidator", 8th floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi, attached to High Court of Delhi, as Oath Commissioner for a period of two years from the date of issue of this Notification or until further orders of this Court whichever be earlier only for the purpose of attesting affidavits intended to be filed for and on behalf of the official Liquidator in Judicial proceedings:-
Oath Commissioner so appointed shall observe instructions issued by this Court from time to time so far as applicable.
