No. KP/ 186 of 1991 /MFM / 1391 / 1873 /R.-WHEREAS the services of Shri D. M. Sisodia are placed at the disposal of the Urban Development and Urban Housing Department , Sachivalaya , Gandhinagar for appoint- ment as Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat Municipal Finance Board , Ahmedabad vide Government Notifica- tion, General Administration Department No. GAS - 3091-690- (1 ) dated 1st April , 1991 .
NOW , THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section - 1 and sub- section 2 of section 4 of the Gujarat Municipal Finance Board Act , 1979 ( Gujarat 12 of 1979), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints Shri D. M. Sisodia , as Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat Municipal Finance Board Ahmedabad, from 25th April , 1991. The Government Notification , Urban Development and Urban Housing Department No. KP - 142 of 1989 - MFM - 1389-1386 - R, dated the 29th August , 1989 stands amended to that extent.

GUJARAT PANCHAYATS ACT , 1961 .
No. KP/8 /1991 /PSB/1088/2386/D:-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 210 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act , 1961 (Gaj . VI of 1962) , the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following order further to amend the Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (conditions of Service) Order , 1964, namely:-
1. This order may be called the Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board ( Conditions of Service ) (hereinafter referred to as ' the said order' ) (Amendment) Order, 1991. In the Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (Conditions of Service) Order , 1964, in rule 9 for Sub -rule (2) the following shall be substituted, namely:---
"(2) A member who is not governed by sub -rule (1 ) , may be granted Earned Leave , Half Pay Leave or Commuted Leave and Extra Ordinary Leave in accordance with the provisions contained in the Revised Leave Rules , 1935 , as amended by the Government from time to time .
Explanation:-All or any two kinds of leave may be granted in combination at one time ."
