ક્રમાંક ક/મકભ/ગ્રામ પંચાયત/વશી/૨૯૪/ ૩૪૬. –સને ૧૯૬૧ના ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમની કલમ-૧૮ ની પેટા -કલમ-(૧) તથા સને ૧૯૬૨ ના ગુજરાત ગ્રામ અને નગર પંચાયતી ચૂંટણી બાબતના નિયમેના નિયમ-૭ી પેટા-નિયમ (૧) (૨ ) અને (૬ ) હેઠળ મેજે મેસ , સુતલ , નરણાવી, તાલુકો વાગરાની પેટા ચૂંટણી માટે ચૂંટણીના જુદા જુદા તબક્કાખઓનદ્ધી કરતું જાહેરનામું અનુક્રમ નંબર -૬, ૭ , ૮માં જાહેરવામા ક્રમાંક ગ્રામ પંચાયત/ ચૂંટણી/વશી ૨૯૧૫/૨૯૧૯, ૨૯૧૮, તારીખ ૩૧ મી ડિસેમ્બર ૧૯૯૨ થી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. પરંતુ કલેક્ટરશ્રી ભરૂચના વાયરલેસ મેસેજ ક્રમાંક વીપી/ચૂટણી/વશી/૭૭ થી ૮૯ તારીખ ૧૧ મી જાન્યુઆરી ૧૯૯૩ તેમજ ગુજરાત વિધાન- સભા દ્વારા તાજેતરમાં પંચાયત અધિડિયમમાં કરેલ સુધારા મુજબ ગ્રામ પંચાયતનીજે પરિસ્થિતિ ૮મી જાન્યુઆરી ૧૯૯૩ ના રોજ હતી તે યથાવત રાખવાનીછે અને ગ્રામ પંચાયતેનીકેઇ ચૂંટણી એથવા ખાલી પડેલી જગ્યાઓથી કોઈ પેટા -ચૂંટણી અત્યારે કરવાની નથી જે ચૂંટણી પ્રક્રિયા કરી દેવામાં આવેલ હૈ ય તે તે તાત્કાલીક બંધ કરવી .
સબબ ઉપરોકત પશ્વિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાને લઇ મામલતદારશ્રી વાગરાએ તેઓ ા પુત્ર ક્રમાંકવીપી /ચૂંટણી/વળી-૧૯૨ તારીખ ૧૫મી જાન્યુઆરી ૧૯૯૩ ને રિપિટ કરી મેજેમેસમ સુતરેલ નરણાવી તાલુકો વાગરાની અનુ કે વેંડ ૨, ૪ અને ૪ ની પેટા -ચૂંટણી બંધ રાખી જાહેરનામું પાછુ ખેંચવા અભિપ્રાય આપેલ છે.
સબબ હાલમાંઉપરોકત ફકરા (૧ ) અને (૨)માં જણાવ્યા મુજબ હાલની પરિસ્થિતિમાં ભેજે મેસમ , સુતરેલ , નરણાવી ગ્રામ પંચાર બની અનુક્રમેબેવર્ડનં ૨,૪ અને ૪ ની પેિટા ચૂંટણી અંગે અત્રેથી તારીખ ૩૧મી ડિસેમ્બર ૧૯૯૪ ના રેંજ પાડેલ જાહેરનામું તે હાલનાઉપર વિપત સંદર્ભમાંસંછેનેિલક્ષમાં લઈને સને૧૯૯૦ થી જનરલ કે ઝીસ એકટની કલમ-૨૧ ની જોગવાઈ તથા સને ૧૯૬૨ના ગુજરાત ગ્રામ/નગર પંચાયત ચૂંટણી નિયમે નિયમ-૩ના પેગ્ર નિયમ (૧ ) ની જોગવાઈ સાથે વાંચતા પ્રાપ્ત અધિકારથી હાલ પુરતી ચૂંટણી મુલતવીરાખવા મુનાસીબ સમજીજાહેરનામું પાછું ખેંચવા આથીઠરાવવામાં આવે છે.
સબબઉતગ્રામ પંચાયતની પેટ ચૂંટણીઅંગે હશે પછી ચૂંટણીને કાર્યક્રમ નવેસરથી નક્કીકરી જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.
