૩ થી ૪ ગ્રામ પંચાયતના વહીવટદાર તરીકે નિમણુંક આપવા ફેર દરખાસ્ત અત્રે સાદર કરી હતી. આ સબંધમાં વિકાસ કમિશ્નરશ્રી ગાંધીનગરને અત્રેના પત્ર નં. એસીબી-વીપી/ચટણ/ ચૂંટણી/૩૬૬૧-૩૨ / ૯૩, તારીખ ૧૩મી ડિસેમ્બર , ૧૯૯૩થી લખાણ કરવામાં આવેલ હતું. આમુખ (૬) માં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે વિકાસ કમિશનરશ્રી , ગુજરાત રાજ્યએ જણાવેલ છે કે, ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમ , ૧૯૬૧ની કલમ- ૩૦૩- ખ (૩) હેઠળના અધિકારે કલેરકટરશ્રીને પહોંચતા હૈય જેથી અધિકાર પરત્વે આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરવી.
