જાહેરનામું
ક્રમાંક સીડીસી-સમંચૂટણી ૯૬ ૯૭ફેડરેશન/ ૯૬/ ૨૭૨૦.- ગુજરાત નિર્દિષ્ટ સહકારીમંડળીઓની સમિતિઓની ચૂંટણી બાબત નિયમાં ૧૯૮૨ નાં નિયમ ૧૬ થી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ હું શ્રી આર. સી. કંસારા, સીટી ડેપ્યુટી કલેક્ટર અને ચૂંટણી સત્તાધિકારી આથી જહેર છું કે ગુજરાત ગુજ્ય હેન્ડલુ અને ઔદ્યોગિક સહકાર ફેડરેશન લી. ના સામે ઓળખાતી સહકારી સુચીતીના બે સભ્યોની ચુંટણી થવાની છે અને આસાથેની અનુસૂચિના કેલમ -૧ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ જતદાર મંડળ અથવા મતદાર મંડળીઓ (જેને હું પછી (સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ " તરીકે ઉલ્લેખ કર્યો છે તે ની ચૂંટણીના સંબંધર)
( ક) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચીના કોલમ -૨માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખ અને સમયને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળના સંબંધમાં ઉમેદવારી પત્રે મેળવવમેળવવા માટેની છેલ્લી તારીખ અને સમય અને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે કેલઝ -૨ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ સ્થળને ઉમેદવારી પત્ર મેળવવાના સ્થળ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે.
(અ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કેલ -૩ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખ અને સમયને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળના સંબંધમાં ઉમેદવારી પત્રો તૈયાર કરવા માટેની છેલ્લી તારીખ અને સમય સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામેના કેલમ-૩માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કહેવા સ્થળને ઉમેદવારી પત્ર તૈયાર કરી શકાય તે સ્થળ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે.
(ગ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સુંદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કલમ-૪ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળના સંબંધમાં મળેલાં ઉમેદવારી પત્રોની સિધ્ધિ માટેની તારીખ નક્કીકરે છે.

(ઘ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે, સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કોલમ-૫માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખ અને સમયને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળના સંબંધમાં ઉમેદવારી પત્રોનીચકાસણી માટેની તારીખ અને સમય અને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે કેલમ-૫માં નિદિષ્ટ કરેલ સ્થળને મળેલા ઉમેદવારી પત્રોની ચકાસણી માટેના સ્થળ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે.
(ચ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કેલમ-૬ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખને માન્ય ઉમેદવારી પત્રાની પ્રસિધ્ધિની માટેની તારીખ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે .
(છ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કોલમ-૭માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખ, સમય અને સ્થળને સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળના સંબંધમાં ઉમેદવારી પત્ર પાછા ખેચી લેવા માટેની છેલ્લી તારીખ, સમય અને સ્થળ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે .
જ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કલમ-૮માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલી તારીખને સંબંધિત મતદાર મંડળ સંબંધમાં હરીફ ઉમેદવારની છેલ્લી યાદીની પ્રસિધ્ધિની તારીખ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે .
(ઝ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કોલમ -૯ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખને (બે) સભ્યોની ચુંટણી કરવાનું જરૂરી હૈય તે , જે તારીખે ચુંટણી મતપત્ર સભ્યોને મેકલવાન છે તે તારીખ નક્કી કરે છે.
સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસુચીના કેલમ-૧૦માં નિદિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખને મતપત્રો મેકલવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ અને સમય નક્કી કરે છે.
(ઠ) સંબંધીત મતદાર મંડળ સામે , સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કેલમ-૧૧માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખ અને સત્યને તેમજ કેલમ-૧૨માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ સ્થળને મતગણતરી માટેના તારીખ , સમય અને સ્થળ તરીકે નક્કી કરે છે.
(ડ) સંબંધિત મતદાર મંડળ સામે સદરહુ અનુસૂચિના કેલમ-૧૩ માં નિર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ તારીખને મતદારના પરિણામની જાહેરાતની તારીખ નક્કી કરે છે.
